Assistant Store Manager

Claire's Stores is looking to hire multiple full-time assistant managers with experience in exceptional customer service and a proven track record with driving sales. Our leadership team must be able to assist the store manager in training and developing staff while motivating the team to achieve productivity goals, maintain inventory, meet daily targets, and serve customers. Candidates must have excellent skills in organization, communication, and math. Candidates must also be detail-oriented, a self-starter and have a fun positive attitude! Applicants must have previous retail lead experience and be able to provide excellent business related references in order to be considered.
