The Part Time Manager is responsible for supporting sales floor operationsincluding coaching selling behaviors, assisting store management on variousoperational duties, and achieving business results. Leadsales floor to achieve sales and KPI goals through selling behaviors
CoachStyle Specialists on delivering a branded customer experience andassisting customers in putting together outfits
Assistin education efforts and demonstrate product knowledge and awareness ofpromotional strategies
Deliveran exceptional branded customer experience by creating and maintaining anelevated in-store environment
Handlesminor customer complaints and issues and escalates when needed

Ensureadherence to all retail policies and procedures by staff

SKILLSREQUIRED
Minimum1 years retail management experience in a high volume/ high unit,multi-million dollar fashion retail environment is preferred
Highschool diploma required, college degree preferred
Keenability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment with shiftingpriorities
Excellentcommunication and organizational skills
Outgoingand engaging personality
Abilityto establish personal connections easily

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for assisting the General StoreManager in supporting sales floor operations including training and coachingselling behaviors, managing operational processes, and achieving businessresults.  Our ideal candidate has a warm and friendly personality andbelieves the perfect accessory has the power to make you feel great aboutyourself. 

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES
Buildand develop high performing style specialist team
Leadsales floor management and operations to maximize volume potential andachieve sales and KPI goals
Leadsales education effort by training, developing and coaching associates onproduct trend and selling behavior strategies
Motivate,coach and develop store team to achieve sales and productivity goals
Network,recruit, interview, and hire outstanding people
Analyzevarious business reports to understand trends and opportunities
Ensureadherence to all retail policies and procedures by staff
Deliveran exceptional customer experience by creating and maintaining an elevatedbranded in-store environment

SKILLSREQUIRED
Minimum2 years retail management experience in a high volume/ high unit,multi-million dollar fashion retail environment is required
Highschool diploma required, college degree preferred
Proventrack record of results with a high level of business acumen
Keenability to thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment with shiftingpriorities
Acuteattention to detail with a  strong ability to prioritize and executetasks effectively and efficiently
