Beauty Advisor - Seasonal - Part Time

$300 SIGN ON BONUS offered to eligible participants hired while the program is in effect, paid in three installments over three pay periods.
$500 END OF SEASON SALES BONUS offered to those hired by November 1, 2022 and in good standing.
$750 STORE CLOSURE BONUS offered to employees that stay to the end of season and assist it packing up the store. 

Bonuses are subject to all applicable taxes. All other rules governing this program will apply.  Employees who resign or are terminated prior to pay out dates will forfeit their Bonus.

This role is a temporary position from August 15, 2022 to January 6, 2023 with a chance of being permanent. Our Beauty Advisors are responsible for providing a unique experience to each of our customers that captures the warm-hearted essence of our brand. Beauty Advisors exhibit our key values of authenticity and respect by delivering moments of delight to customers with pride, passion and confidence.

Customer Service
Support all efforts to reach store sales goals, respecting all directives, selling standards and non-negotiable.
Provide outstanding and quality customer service with every customer consultation.
Assist and support customers with their choices of products for themselves and as gifts.
Support store operations, policies and procedures.
Support various tasks depending on store demands; ringing, wrapping, restocking and cleaning.

Skills Needed:
1+ years’ work in retail sales
Skincare experience
Register Skills
Positive professional and energetic attitude
Passion for customer service, selling and product knowledge
Proven team player success
Skincare knowledge/experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication
Basic math skills are necessary
