Your Responsibilities As An Assistant Store Manager
As an Assistant Store Manager, you are first and foremost supporting the Store Manager in making the store a success. You are contributing to creating a strong team & a good store atmosphere, where every staff member strives to deliver excellent customer service every single day.
Daily Tasks
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Always maintaining a well-organized and customer-ready store environment
- Executing daily operations to a high standard of quality and efficiency
- Monitoring and following up on team and store performance
- Developing team members in service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and operational excellence
- Recruiting and onboarding new team members to support business growth
Your Profile
- You have experience in a similar role
- Experience in visual merchandising is an asset
- You have proven leadership skills and mentoring team members
- You have good communication skills
- You have a result driven mindset
- You are eager to learn and develop
