Health & Performance Night

Join us in-store for a performance assessment on The Field!

Time: 6:00PM to 7:30PM

Location: DICK's House of Sport Field

How it works:

EVO Health & Performance will set up several performance testing stations for you to rotate through including:

• Vertical Jump
• 40-Yard Dash
• Sprint Mechanics
• Movement Assessment
• Additional Tests as Appropriate

EVO's Physical Therapists and Chiropractors will also have assessment stations where they will:

• Evaluate movement and mobility
• Identify pain, limitations, or potential risks
• Explain how these finding may impact athletic performance
• Recommend next steps if additional care or training would be beneficial

What You Will Leave With: 

• A personalized performance scorecard with your results
• Coaching tips to improve speed, power, and movement
• Individual feedback from EVO coaches
• Guidance from EVO's physical therapist and chiropractic teams when appropriate
• Recommendations for sport-specific footwear available at DICK's House of Sport.
